Martin's Homes is located on the beautiful Lake Naomi and has been in business for the past 24 years. We build and remodel homes in and around the Poconos of Pennsylvania.
The owner, Joseph Martin, has been building homes for over 45 years. He worked his way up, beginning as a laborer, then becoming a carpenter, next advancing to a construction supervisor and now serving as the owner and operator of Martin's Homes.
Joe and his workers take great pride in each and every home they build. Their years in the industry are a testament to the quality of their work.
Experience, attention to detail and meeting the needs of their clients are contributing factors of why they exist today.
Joe and his staff will guide you through every step of your home building experience, from permitting to blueprints to your occupancy permit.
